Who we are
This service is operated by Sedanmed (sedanmed.com), an online store for medical equipment. It manages messages and comments for our own Instagram business account, @sedanmed.
What we collect
- Messages you send to @sedanmed in Instagram Direct, and comments you leave on our posts.
- Your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, as provided by Instagram.
- Any details you choose to share with us in a conversation, such as your name or phone number.
How we use it
- To read and answer your questions about our products, orders and services.
- To hand your conversation to a member of our team when needed.
- Replies may be drafted with the help of automated systems, including AI language models operated by third-party providers. Your message text is sent to these providers only to generate a reply.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run this service (hosting and AI text processing), and only as needed to operate it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep conversation data only as long as needed to support you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
