Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about your conversations with @sedanmed. Use either option:

• Send a Direct message to @sedanmed on Instagram with the words “delete my data”.
• Or email info@sedanmed.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Instagram username.

We will delete your messages, comments, and any contact details you shared with us within 30 days and confirm by the same channel. Messages that remain inside Instagram itself are controlled by Instagram and can be removed from your Instagram app.

راهنمای حذف اطلاعات

برای حذف همه‌ی اطلاعات گفتگوهایتان با @sedanmed یکی از این دو راه را انجام دهید:

• در دایرکتِ اینستاگرام به @sedanmed بنویسید: «حذف اطلاعات من»
• یا به info@sedanmed.com با موضوع «درخواست حذف اطلاعات» و نام کاربری اینستاگرامتان ایمیل بزنید.

ظرف ۳۰ روز اطلاعات شما حذف و از همان راه تأیید می‌شود.
